Last week just before our Christmas holidays began, we held our final belt grading of the year for our half-brown and full brown belt hopefuls. Indeed, it was a challenging exam that pushed all participants technically, physically, and emotionally. In the end, all who tested persevered, performed valiantly and were successful in their endeavor. Their testing result once again reinforces that hard-work pays off, and that success is earned – not given.
Congratulations Alexander and Johnson on achieving your brown belts. This is no small feat! And also to Yaas, Malia, Sam, Nikita, and Konnor on achieving your half-brown belts! You are all future leaders of the dojo and also your community. Keep up the great work and continue to push yourselves to be the best that you can be!
