What a fantastic week at the 2024 Canadian National Championships in Laval, Quebec! We are very proud of our awesome group of athletes for their dedication and preparation leading up to the event. Lessons were learned, and experience was gained for all. The most important thing to do after each event is to reflect on what we did well and also what we can improve on. This is what creates champions.
