The Lion Cubs program is a specifically designed martial arts program for children aged 5-7 years old and focuses on the basic components of Martial Arts technique. The main focus of this program is to build strong fundamentals, such as Balance, Coordination, and the ability to Focus on various activities. The second part of this program is geared towards developing proper attitudes including Respect, Confidence and Discipline which will create a strong foundation for the martial arts, school and life. The classes are always high energy, educational, and lots of fun for everyone!
